Liquid Feeding
is the solution for smart pig producers.At the beginning the system is completely empty. In the feeding process, every pipeline is filled first, the feed is dispensed and the content of the pipe is then blown back into the tank. In the case of the last circuit, the tank is first emptied of feed and the feed is then forced with water to the last feed valve. The water is then blown back into the tank and all feeding points are cleaned. The advantage consists of the fact that only piping content (process water) is blown back to the feeding container. There is no swapping tank required.
